Please remember that Eaglecrest nordic trails are off limits to dogs. If you want to take your dog skiing, go to Montana Creek, Mendenhall campground, Eagle Beach, etc. Or the designated dog loop at EC. But please stay off the lower and upper loop, even when the area...Dec 24, 2015 | Eaglecrest
Just to give everyone an update on the lower loop: I drove a snowcat around a fair amount of the loop with a compactor bar tonight so there should be some ok skate skiing. Unfortunately we need a fair amount more snow before I will send another snowcat out to do more...Dec 24, 2015 | Eagle Beach

The Eaglecrest crew has outdone themselves on the Upper Loop. The entire loop is groomed to perfection. Perfect corduroy, perfect classic tracks.
