Lake creek trail to Spaulding Meadows was wonderful today. Use your spikes up until the Meadows then strap on some boards for amazing strides.
Lower Loop rutted icy hazardous
Friday the Lower Loop had ruts, ice balls, and dips that made skate or classic skiing challenging. Touring skis and poles are the best bet for lower off piste and upper loop powder/off piste.
