As of 3:30 PM yesterday, there was about 4 inches of snow on the lower loop. There were ski tracks, but the snow cover was definitely thin and rock ski conditions. From this morning’s Eaglecrest website report, it looks like it snowed about 3 inches more overnight, so the coverage at least on the lower loop gravel trail should be decent. Rock skis probably still a good idea. We need a few more inches of snow to start grooming, hopefully we might get that tonight.
There is 4″ at the cabin and 12-15″ up at the pass!

Still looking for the Nordic signs that were in the Camp Ground
Has anyone seen our Ski Signs that were in the Camp Ground? The USFS does not have them. Wondering if someone picked them up.
Up there around 10am today – walk almost to the bridge to get to the snow – icy and rutted not particularly good for classic or skate – more like adventure skiing – trying to stay upright – if it warms up to make the snow slushy could be okay
